1. Order Cancellation Policy

a) Cancellation Before Shipment

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order is processed or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

  • In such cases, customers may request a return after delivery, subject to our Return Policy.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Successful cancellation before shipment

  • Approved returns as per Return Policy

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are credited to the original mode of payment only

  • Actual credit time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to an error from our side.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
